The University of Tulsa College of Law and NEPI will present the Fourth Annual Chesapeake Energy Lecture on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. The invitation-only event begins with lunch at 11:30, followed by the program at noon. This year’s event features a point-and-counterpoint discussion regarding hydraulic fracturing with geoscientists David Hughes and Terry Engelder.
