Gasland

On July 21, 2010, NEPI inaugurated its film series with a screening and panel discussion of the film Gasland.  Jim Roth introduced the panelists.  Each panelist presented intial remarks:  Mike Nicholas, Geologist, Groundwater Protection Council; Greg Staple, CEO, American Clean Skies Foundation; Jim Marston, Energy Program Director, Environmental Defense Fund; and Josh Fox, Creator of Gasland and Pennsylvania landowner.  Then the panelists gave responses to each others’ remarks, and a question and answer period concluded the event.  Other films on energy topics are planned quarterly.
